Blue Ocean

Haven’t written here in a while. I’ll try to do it more regularly when I get my free time back soon.

Well, we’ve been doing quite well in the biz. Not phenomenal but we’ll get there. I’m actually posting about this new strategy called Blue Ocean strategy. It’s about delivering value and innovation to people without adding too much to the cost. It goes against conventional thinking in that you don’t fight for customers, you grab them from other markets.

Think about that for a minute. Go buy the book as well.
