My names are James Njenga, and I represent a team of young Kenyans
who have been doing transcription services for some clients in Kenya and
sub contracts from India for UK and US clients.
We have expanded capacity considerably and are now seeking on companies
who may require our services as offshore transcribers.
We have kept a constant accuracy rate of our transcribed files to a minimum
of 99% accuracy, and this we can show by the work we will do.
Our rates are also highly competitive, as we charge $20 for an hour of audio.
Our Turn around time is short, and we strive to work the very best for our clients.
As forward lookers in this industry, we seek to work with you as your transcribers
and data entry clerks.
If you can consider us for your services, we will gladly work with you.

Hi. I am interested to be a part of your team but home based. I have the necessary tools and equipment to be your transcriber. Waiting for your immediate and positive response. Thank you.
My name is Christina. I am currently working as a transcriber. I am from India and have experiences both in UK and US accents (legal and general). I would like to work for you and hope to hear back from you
Happened to see your ad and its very eye-catching. I have five-year of experiences in this field, both legal and general (and a little bit of medical). I am an Indian working presently for an Indian transcription company. Hope to hear back from you.
I have been transcribing for a company out of California for the past 2 years, transcribing legal documents, Pleadings, reports and general letter. Due to them recently losing one of their biggest accounts, I lost my job as they no longer had enough work to keep everyone busy.
I can type 60 WPM, have my own computer at home, satelite internet, am home all day and able to work evenings and nights. I am a stay at home mom with my 2 yr old son. I am looking to replace the job that I just got cut from, as I want to continue to be able to stay at home with my son and don’t want to put him into a daycare.
If you could please consider me for this position, I would greatly appreciate it.
I am from the Philippines. I am very much interested in working as a transcriber although I have no previous experience in that line of work. I used to work in government but there seems to be no future for me there so I applied for early retirement. I hope I can be part of your team.
With reference to your ad, I am keen to work in your company. I have all equipment necessary in addition to having been working at various levels in the medical transcription industry. In addition to this practical experience, I am undergoing continuous trainings on how to improve my skills. I am confident of my qualifications and experience. I am looking forward to your reply.
My name is Jurisse S.Nisnisan. I am willing to apply as an transcriptionist in your team. I am in the philippines. We have an equipment in this kind of position .Looking for your forward reply and thankyou & godbless
